All video streaming publications on the
Internet are guided by Board of Education
Policy 645.01 (Electronic
Media Publication) and
645.01R (Administrative
Procedures).
The service is available to all schools and departments to display
relevant information about curricular programs, accomplishments, and
activities.
Video files and live video streaming will contain no commercial
advertising.
Video streaming is not a public forum, a forum for free speech, or a
right of students or staff.
Video streaming files will be made available on the streaming server
for a maximum of 45 days. The files may be renewed for additional time
as deemed appropriate by the co-managing directors and under the
direction of the co-producers. In such cases where computer file space
is limited and 45 days have not elapsed, files will be removed by
