Guidelines

All video streaming publications on the Internet are guided by Board of Education Policy 645.01 (Electronic Media Publication) and 645.01R (Administrative Procedures).

> The purpose of the video streaming system is to inform the public about District activities.
> The service is available to all schools and departments to display relevant information about curricular programs, accomplishments, and activities.
> Video files and live video streaming will contain no commercial advertising.
> Video streaming is not a public forum, a forum for free speech, or a right of students or staff.
> Video streaming files will be made available on the streaming server for a maximum of 45 days. The files may be renewed for additional time as deemed appropriate by the co-managing directors and under the direction of the co-producers. In such cases where computer file space is limited and 45 days have not elapsed, files will be removed by following:
Oldest files first
File(s) that creates largest open space on server
